How to order
For Internet Banking, email us with the following details:
1. Enter the item number(s) you wish to purchase. (E.g: bms01)
2. Enter name of receiving party, mailing address and contact number.

For Paypal, simply click 'Add to Cart' and proceed for checkout.

Payment Type
1. Paypal
2. Internet Banking Transfer

For Internet Banking Transfer, you will receive an email with payment details and instructions. Please send us an email indicating the transaction reference & amount and we will acknowledge your email upon receipt of payment.

Delivery
Free delivery island wide for purchase of S$80 & above.

Items will be sent within 3 days from date of payment received(excluding weekends & public holidays).

We will not be responsible for any items lost in normal mail. Registered mail is highly recommended. For registered mail, please add additional S$2.24 to the postage rates.

For watches, we highly recommend delivery by courier service. Speed post islandwide charges a flat rate of S$9.15 for package up to 3kg.

Cancel & Return Policy
Items are check before mailing out. No exchange is allowed as there is only 1 piece for each item. Except the following cases :
1. manufacturer defects of the items(see details below)
2. Wrong items sent.
(You may inquire to seller and provide appropriate evidence to
proof your claims. Once your claim is approved, we will inform you how to return or return your item. Buyer pays for return mail. Balance after deduction of postage will be refunded to buyer.

Manufacturer Defects
1. Major stain(especially light colored clothes). Stains larger than ten-cent coin diameter.
2. Major thread frays at ends, wrinkles.
3. Major mis-alignment of the seams.

Other Conditions
Color - color of items seen on your monitor may be slightly different from actual color due to settings & brand differentiation.

Size - Measurement is subject to max 2 - 3cm tolerance.

Items worn, washed/dry cleaned, stained, has cigarette smell, applied with perfume, altered in any form or damaged due to negligence are not returnable.

White items & promotional items are not refundable.
